Rates
Small claims (up to $100k)
$650 flat rate
Medium claims ($100–300k)
0.70% of estimate (e.g., $200,000 = $1,400)
Large claims ($300–600k)
0.60% of estimate (e.g., $500,000 = $3,000)
Extra-large claims ($600k+)
0.50% of estimate (e.g., $1M = $5,000)
Additional Fees
- Out-of-state travel: $500
- Hourly rate for depositions, inspections, consultations, revisions, etc.: $300/hour (2-hour minimum)
Deliverables
Estimates are generally completed within one week of inspection. Rush service (72 hours or less) is available at double the price.
